Another week, another weight loss. I am down 1.8 pounds this week, for a total of 31.8 pounds in 12 weeks, or an average of 2.65 pounds per week. My blood sugar levels are near normal (my fasting blood sugar this morning was 100!) and my blood pressure is in the normal range as well.
